Within walking distance of Kumkoy Beach, close to Side, sits this small secure gated community of 12 executive detached villas all furnished to the highest standards by caring owners, of which Villa Prestige 6 is an example of luxurious living.
A BEAUTIFUL AND SPACIOUS 4 bed 3 bath villa overloking the swimming pool and south facing views over the mediterranean from probably the largest balcony you will ever experience covering some 400 square feet. The home comfortably caters for up to 10 persons with 2 double and two twin bedrooms and a sleep sofa in the lounge, ideal for large groups or two families . Very well furnished, for example there are loungers, beach chairs, internet access, sattelite TV, DVD , towels, etc
The wide sandy and safe beach is less than 10 minutes walk and likewise a huge selection of popular bars and restaurants are a 150 metre walk. Yet this is a peaceful location , being set back from the main drag on a parallel road.
A car is not necessary. If you wish to go further afield there are the famous and in expensive Dolmus services passing by every 5 mintues 18 hours a day. Historical OLD SIDE is only a few minutes away.
The community shares an excellent pool which the villa looks directly over.
. On the top floor adjoining the massive balcony is a seperate utility kitchen maing it the perfect venue for open air dining and BBQs or to relax watching the sun set over the mediterranean.

I am amazed at the variety of accommodation Side offers. I haven't heard of the town until a friend came back from a holiday there and recommended it. It was hard to choose from all the holiday homes (they all look great) on this site but I finally booked this apartment and my family and I are looking forward to our forthcoming holiday this summer.
I have never stayed in a villa before or been to Kalkan and after staying here I can't recommend either more.The villa was very spacious, equipped with everything we could possibly think of. location was fantastic we did not need to rent any car to explore the nice places around. I will recommend it to all the friends.
