Located close to sea in a farmhouse, consisting of three buildings of two floors recently built and divided into several apartments, this apartment offers great comfort for as low as 380 EUR per week.

Casa Gina is 45 square meters (484 square feet) large, for a maximum of 3+2 persons in two rooms. Simply and comfortably furnished, it has an independent entrance, a garden equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and a balcony of 10 square meters (108 square feet).
The house is located near the archaeological excavations of Velia, so you might enjoy the visit to these monuments or to the site of Paestum, or a trip inland to see characteristic villages, full of history and ancient traditions of handcraft and cuisine.

In the bedroom there is a double bed and a single bed. There is a divan bed in the living room, where another two people can sleep. In the living room, with TV, there is a kitchen corner with 4-burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, hood fan. The bathroom is large, with bath tub and shower wand. A shared laundry is outside the house, and is available for the use of all the guests.
