One bedroom with twin beds, an open plan lounge and kitchen with integral dining area, plus bathroom with shower and bath. The living area has a TV, DVD, occasional tables and 2 sofas giving plenty of seating flexibility. The living area flows out onto the front balcony, giving a feeling of space. The kitchen and dining area is found behind the living area. This has all the necessary amenities including a hob, microwave, fridge freezer and is fully stocked with cutlery, glasses, pots and pans, etc. There is also a washing machine and ironing facilities.

There is also a large roof terrace for sunbathing or barbecues.Two spacious balconies at front and rear are lovely to relax on. The front balcony has a fabulous view of the nearby conservation lake, which is populated by flamingos in the Spring.

The apartment is located close to all central amenities including the clubhouse, sports areas, sauna and Turkish bath. In five minutes walk you reach tennis, basketball and golf and most conveniently, the wonderful clubhouse with its panoramic views across the golf course to the mountains beyond.

With ample parking at the entrance to the apartment access becomes easy. A free form pool is close by although if you prefer you can head for the outdoor pool at the clubhouse or the indoor pool next door.

There is a local beach with cable car and shuttle bus access, there are bars and restaurants on the complex, plus several swimming pools. Daily buses run into Bodrum, which is 20 minutes drive away. There is a small golf course on the complex, and a large international one close by.

The apartment is 15 minutes from the international Bodrum airport, which is served with direct flights by EasyJet, as well as other operators.
