An excellent apartment and holiday for both couples and families. A welcome pack can be arranged for a small extra fee. Beautiful location with views of the sea. The apartment is on the first floor. The spacious master bedroom is fully air conditioned as is the main living area. The apartment has a spacious living room that leads out onto the balcony with views from which you can see the golden mile beach and the Mediterranean sea. The kitchen is well equipped with all the latest gadgets and equipment. The air conditioned apartment is 92 sq mtrs.

100m to the beach and sea. Promenade and shared gardens Smir Water Park is just across the road. Tetouan, M'diq, Ceuta are all within 30 min or less drive. Marina Smir with a large selection of restaurants and shops is only 350 metres from the apartment.

About the Area:	Morocco's northern Mediterranean coast forms a little-explored landscape of bays and coves framed by a surprisingly green hinterland that shatters the first-time visitor's preconception of Morocco as an arid and desolate country. Set within this scenery of blue Mediterranean waters and green hills covered in wild flowers lays Marina Smir, Morocco's most fashionable marina and resort. This is a wonderful area of North Africa, yet set so close and accessible to Europe. It ranges from the International City of Tangiers to the ancient Moroccan towns of Tetouan and Chefchouan. The area retains its Berber and Moroccan traditions, whilst moving into the 21st Century with modern infrastructure and attitudes.
How to Get There:	Fly to Tangier, Madrid,Gibraltar or Malaga Easy-Jet fly Gatwick to Tangier with a transfer at Madrid, Easy jet also fly to Barcelona where you can transfer via Jet4you.com to Tangier. Atlas Blue also has flights during the summer months. There is also BA, Royal Air Maroc and Air Arabia Monarch and Easy-Jet fly to Gibraltar and from there, take a short taxi ride to the port of Algeciras to cross the Straights of Gibraltar to Ceuta and from there its a short taxi journey to our apartment Aer Lingus and Ryanair fly Dublin to Madrid with a transfer to Tangier with Easy Jet and Ryanair There are sailings between mainland Spain and the North African coast approximately every half hour during the day. Ferries will take about hour for the crossing
