Lounge area with three piece suite, television opening patio doors leading out onto patio and heated outdoor swimming pool (summer months only) gardens overlooking beautiful open countryside and river brett. Bedroom with king size bed, wet room with large walk in showering area, wc and basin. Hallway leads to front door and upstairs comprising; One large bedroom suite with king size bed, double sofa bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet. Relaxing area with wicker furniture facing out onto opening patio doors leading out onto balcony overlooking beautiful open countryside and the river brett. Please note The Priory holiday let is self contained but is part of Priory Place, which is a large bungalow set in spacious gardens with beautiful countryside views to the rear. You do have your own garden, patio area and balcony but shared access to the swimming pool. Due to the nature of our surroundings we do please ask that you respect we are located in peaceful surroundings and must ask for consideration of general behaviour and excessive noise at all times. Included are hairdryer, Egyptian cotton bed linen & towels, games and reading material. Use of the outdoor heated swimming pool in the summer months only. Breakfast hamper on arrival.

Although shared grounds are with Priory Place Bungalow you do have your own space and privacy. We are a family of 4 living at Priory Place and welcome all guests of all ages to share our peaceful location and spacious grounds at Priory Place. The Priory is self containted with shared access to the family swimming pool.
