This luxury penthouse apartment consists of three bedrooms, the master with Queen size bed and full en-suite bathroom. The second & third bedrooms have twin beds, built-in wardrobes and a separate bathroom. The entire apartment has air conditioning/heating units. A large open plan lounge area - with facilities to seat up to 8 people, leads onto the large terrace going all around the apartment, which overlooks beach and Mediterranean Sea, with spectacular views to Fuengirola bay. The lounge is air conditioned and features a SKY TV and is fully furnished to a very high standard , equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The dining area is located within the open plan lounge and has seating for 6 people. The immaculate kitchen has all the facilities (fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher ) to offer home cooking . The terrace is furnished with sun-loungers, tables and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco and is in the best position to enjoy the sun rays whole day along. There is an additional lounge area, under the covered part of the terrace for those who still like to enjoy the panoramic see view , even on chilly nights or rainy days. That second lounge area leads to a tennis table and from there - to private splash pool swimming pool, (approx 10' x 6'6' & 3'6' deep)

An ideal location for families from which to enjoy all the Costa del Sol has to offer. Nearby attractions include the Mijas Costa Aquapark, Tivoli World amusement park, Selwo Marina with dolphin show, Selwo Safari Adventure, Fuengirola Zoo, Torremolinos Crocodile Park and Quad Bike adventures. If you want to explore further afield then historical cities of Granada and Seville are only two hours away. Car hire is available within a 1 minute walk of the apartment. Alternatively, scheduled coach tours will pick up and drop off locally. Fuengirola is an international resort, with tourists and residents of every nationality. There are very few home comforts you can't find here. Fuengirola is particularly popular with tourists with a wide variety of entertainment and restaurants to choose from Andalucian traditional tapas (snacks bars) to local fish restaurants to the British Fry-up's. Fuengirola offers entertainment for all tastes and ages from a ride on the tourist train or horse and carriage around the town. Enjoy a day at the water park plus Fuengirola also offers a wide range of sports, including water sports at the marina. There are markets on a Tuesday and Saturday is a giant car boot sale and a craft and tourist market. They are located on the Recinto Ferial site. At night, Fuengirola truly comes alive with every kind of bar, restaurant and club you can imagine. Fuengirola is an international resort that is well established. If visiting Spain, Fuengirola is the best base to explore the Costa del Sol and Andalucia. Here you will also find cinemas with a wide range of films, theatres with a full program and in the summer, there are regular festivals and concerts at the Castle. Fuengirola may appear to be over-developed but, if you look hard enough, you will find several sunny parks in which to sit. One such park is the Parque del Sol. If you head inland just five miles from Carvajal you'll reach Mijas, a pretty Andalucian village with spectacular views of the coast. There are many lovely villages to visit if you decide to rent a car, or you can go down the coast the Marbella, Puerto Banus and onto Gibraltar.
